Baby Announcements — Minneapolis/St Paul Baby Photographer

I absolutely love scalloped edges, so these new baby announcements sent me over the edge with excitement!   I am now including a set of 25 with every newborn session, as I can not think of a prettier way to announce the arrival of a newborn.  Which one is your favorite?

Speaking of newborns, I received word today that I will be able to attend Kelly Ryden’s Newborn Workshop in THREE WEEKS instead of September!  I simply cannot wait to learn from her and her sister Tracey, their style is so beautiful and sweet.

Sisters — Minneapolis/St Paul Family Photographer

Here is yet another Friday Fun session to share…seriously two of the prettiest sisters I have ever seen!  Capturing a special relationship is the perfect excuse to schedule a mini-session.  For those of us “all grown,” when is the last time you had a picture with your siblings?  Personally, the last photo of me with my brother and sisters was NINE years ago.  Definitely time to get something new!

Don’t be like me and let that much time pass, schedule something this year.  (You know your mom would LOVE it.)

On another subject, I am happy to announce that my website has been completely updated, online scheduling activated, and customer rewards programs finalized.  T-minus seven days until I am in my studio too…it’s been a whirlwind here…

Cake Smash! — Minneapolis/St Paul Children’s Photographer

We first glimpsed Sam here, and a few months later I captured him here.  Believe it or not last month he turned ONE!  I am sure I speak for him mom when I say where has the time gone?! Here he is enjoying his first birthday cake–definitely a fun mini-session.  This particular session was taken in Sam’s home, but now that I have studio space I will be able to schedule Cake Smash Mini-Sessions with regularity and some awesome colored backdrops.  These sessions are a perfect way to commemorate the big O-N-E, and seriously….wouldn’t this make the cutest birthday album or party invitation?  It’s going to be fun to explore the possibilities!

Tina Phelps - Heather … what great memories captured with the most vivid colors and creative angles. I love it! Sam is sure to love these one day! Times sure have changed … I have my fading, bland Polaroids from my 1st birthday (Thanks though, Mom! You did the best with the technology that existed!) and they pale in comparison to the memories captured with your lens!

Friday Fun, Session Two — Minneapolis/St Paul Children’s Photographer

Here is another collection of photos from my “Friday Fun” mini-sessions this winter.  Little “B” is absolutely adorable–and so much fun to photograph.  She was up for anything and I look forward to capturing some great photos of her once the weather warms up!  I will be holding these “Friday Fun” mini-sessions through the rest of the month, if you are interested please contact me.

My New Studio! — Minneapolis/St Paul Children’s Photographer

I am happy to announce I signed a lease on a natural light studio today in Saint Paul!  I have been looking for a space with lots of options, and this building has just what I was looking for.  There is a park across the street, a skyline a few blocks away, and a large bright room perfect for indoor shots.  I look forward to getting it set up, and showing it off once complete!  I move in on March 1st–will update with more details and photos soon.
