Welcome to Week Thirty-Nine! Each week I share my most recent Project Life spread, it’s truly become one of my favorite things about this website. If you have stopped by my blog before, welcome back! If you are new you can learn more about how to get started with digital project life by checking out some of my past posts. My most popular digital memory-keeping posts have been Project Life Tips (written after my first six months of scrapbooking) and Digital Project Life Tips which is filled with links to some great tutorials online that are free AND will have you up and going in no time digitally. All of my digital project life pages are here on my blog, or for an even easier way to view them follow me on Pinterest. One thing you will notice that is different about my layouts is that I use a double-mat effect for all of my pages. If you are interested in learning how to resize your Becky Higgins templates to create this look, and would like a free download of my template, check out this post.
I am still, unfortunately, in major catch-up mode. Now that this week is complete I only have weeks 40,41,and 42 to work on. Yikes!
What we were up to this week: This week was the week of Holly’s Little House on the Prairie Party! Such fun, and a ton of photos, so it took up the whole second page. (I am sure there will be inserts too!) Other than the party there was a whole lot of cooking and baking going on!
Techniques used this week: Nothing new, kept it pretty basic using a card kit and photos.
DSLR Photos Vs Iphone Photos: 6:4
Favorite Photo of the Week: The photo of Holly on her covered wagon. She was SO HAPPY being a prairie girl for a day!
Other thoughts: No other thoughts this week, just glad to have another week done!
Supplies used this week: Listed in the icons below. I couldn’t get the Cinnamon Kit to link up, but that was my kit of choice this week!
