We accidentally stepped in mud with the wedding dress and Heather took control, calmed us down and actually got on her hands and knees to clean the dress and got it back to looking great. We really appreciated all the hard work that Heather put in, the timely responses, making us feel relaxed both in our engagement photos and on our wedding day.
